We strive to balance flexibility with fairness for both hosts and guests. Our Moderate Refund Policy ensures that both parties are protected while maintaining clear guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The property does not match the description provided in the listing.
• The host cancels the reservation before the scheduled check-in date.
• The guest cancels within the allowed timeframe outlined below.
• There are significant safety issues or the property is uninhabitable upon arrival.

Moderate Cancellation Timeline

• Full Refund: For cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date.
• 50% Refund: For cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in (excluding service fees, if applicable).
• No Refund: For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in or after check-in has occurred.

Note: Service fees may be non-refundable depending on the specific case.

Host Cancellation Policy

If the host cancels a confirmed booking:

• The guest will receive a full refund, including all service fees.
• Repeated cancellations by the host may result in penalties, reduced visibility of listings, or even account suspension.
